I own a residential development in Kalama (Green Mountain Road) about 4 miles off I-5. I have about twenty (14) two acre lots (only a portion of which) that need mowing. Mostly gentle to moderately sloping typography. My previous mower person passed away. Looking for someone that has a adequate sized tractor and brush hog (minimum 5 foot width) to mow my property. I can probably provide more work from adjacent (not owned by me) lot owners as well. This could work into a yearly gig providing steady income for the right person.
