We are looking for a professional Window Cleaner to join our team as an employee or independent contractor! We have an immediate need for someone to join the team for the season, as well as for a long-term position to be a part of this growing business. All qualified applicants are encouraged to apply! Shirts, hats and gear are provided. All qualified applicants will have reliable transportation, a valid Arizona driver's license, a positive attitude, and willing to be a team player. You will be responsible for cleaning windows, solar panels, light fixtures, mirrors, and other glass surfaces for our residential and commercial customers. This position will work in the field, outdoors and indoors, as part of a crew and/or independently, representing the company and interacting with customers on site. Ideal candidate will also cross-train to install screens and learn more about the screen side of our business. Willing to train and mentor, but ideally looking for someone with experience cleaning windows. Responsibilities: Perform regular cleaning of outside and inside window and door panes to exact specifications Carefully remove and re-install window and door screens Maintain the optimal performance of all window cleaning gear, including inventory of equipment, safe storage and transporting necessary items to every job Ensure optimal levels of safety and security when working outside, and on various story levels Qualifications: Ability to access work schedule from mobile device, decipher details, and apply them on site Previous window cleaning experience is preferred Previous screen building and installation experience is preferred Clear and respectful verbal and written communicator Precision and detail oriented Customer service oriented Reliable and dependable a must!
