Orangewood RV is looking for qualified RV Service Technicians that have advanced diagnostic and repair skills for RV coach systems and apprentice RV Technicians that have a desire to be trained to repair RV's. Individuals must be passionate about fixing RV plumbing, electrical, and providing RV maintenance. A successful RV Service Technician will have a strong attention to detail, be self-motivated, and well versed in RV repairs and maintenance. *Top performing technicians make over $100k per year. *Flexible schedule: 4 days a week - 10 hours per day. *NO Saturdays. *ALL skill levels of technicians are welcome to apply. *Pay is based on experience and a flat-rate fee structure with uncapped earning potential. Essential Job Functions: Provide and document complete diagnostic test and repair or replacement services to customers Perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and appliance maintenance Track all parts and materials used in repairs or replacements Keep supervisor appraised of work progress Ensure that the final work product meets quality standards Maintain a safe and clean work area for coworkers Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned Attend staff meetings, training, and educational classes as required Essential Job Skills: High school diploma or GED. Preferred certification from college or technical school in trade field (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Maintenance, etc.) is certainly helpful but, we also consider applicable work experience Minimum 2 year service technician experience or related fields preferred RVIA certification helpful but not required Prolonged periods of standing, stooping, crawling, and bending May lift up to 50 lbs. and/or move up to 75 lbs. with assistive devices Potential exposure to heights and hazards related to working with electrical and welding equipment Possible exposure to environmental conditions include heat, cold, humidity, noise, dust, and wetness Must furnish own hand/shop tools Valid driver's license Job Benefits: As an RV Service Technician and we will reward you with a compensation package that includes wages based on experience as well as the following benefits: Medical Dental Vision Life Simple IRA *with company match* Paid Time Off (PTO) Paid Sick time We promote a drug-free work environment.
