Employment type: part-time to Full time We are a fast growing privately owned Auto Dealership With over 30+ cars, suvs and trucks in stock. Mechanic performs regular maintenance-mechanical services, moves vehicles, and performs other duties assigned by manager, all to be completed in a timely and safe manner. Mechanic position requires a commitment of 20-30 hours/week. Must be available during these days/hours Monday through Saturdays 9:30am to 5:30pm This position in in Reno, NV. The Mechanic is responsible for the care and maintenance of the cars on the lot. This includes vacuuming and prepping the cars after repairs, shuttling cars to and from auction, to dealerships for servicing, checking fluid levels, and airing up tires when low. Mechanic will be required to determine the need to add windshield fluid, gas, oil, water and antifreeze, be responsible for maintaining an inventory of supplies Perform basic maintenance check: antenna, under the hood, inside the vehicle, inside the trunk, and outside vehicle, assist with local automobile deliveries, perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned Verify appropriate stickers are attached to vehicle (registration, plates, etc.) Must have prior Auto Dealership work experience.
