Pegalo Properties/501 Studios is an established commercial property management since 1976 is looking for an outstanding, experienced maintenance technician.
The job consists of but isn't limited to the maintenance, functionality, and appearance of the properties we manage. Performing daily inspection of the property and addressing maintenance tickets in a timely and thorough manner.
Must be able to perform AT LEAST basic repairs/work on:
electrical
plumbing
hvac
painting
drywall
carpentry
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of commercial maintenance experience with heavy attention to detail.
Speak/write fluent English, be computer savvy and be able to lift 50+ lbs.
(Some on-call hours required)
EPA cert required
Will be maintaining 60K sq ft commercial property.
Must be excellent at multi-tasking
Must have a pleasant disposition with tenants and employees.
Looking for someone who wants a long term position.
