Pettit Staffing is seeking a building maintenance person with a love for fixing things and helping people. This is possible temporary to hire opportunity. JOB REQUIREMENTS: • Ability to use a caulk gun and other basic hand tools • Must have a valid current driver's license and eligible to rent a car (21+ years old) • Must pass a Drug Test, Background Check, Motor Vehicle Record COMPENSATION: $15 - $17 per hour DOE Job Type: Full-time Some Duties: Some exposure to the below duties are helpful. Previous painting, finish carpentry, caulking, insulation, drywall finish, and other installer experience is a big plus but not required. This role would be an ideal career transition if you have experience in apartment maintenance, hospital maintenance, general maintenance, home repair, painting (painter), caulking (caulker).
