GROUNDS MAINTENANCE PERSON (SE) ** Sunnyside Mobile Home Park (55+ Community) is seeking a new PT Maintenance person to join our team. Hours: 10 am to 3 pm Monday - Friday / Variable - Hours may vary based on seasonal needs (+/-) Wage: $14 - $17 DOE / Skill level *Duties include but are not limited to: Must be able to follow Management direction, will be responsible for all areas related to interior and exterior grounds maintenance of landscaping, clean up, blowing, weeding, mowing, planting, cleaning and other related tasks assigned by management. Experience in basic interior /exterior handyman repairs is a plus but not required. Must be able to : Work without direct supervision. Demonstrate professional and courteous/positive attitude toward our residents and staff, knowledge of use of tools, understand that you will follow oral and written direction, have a desire to work hard and follow through in all projects. This position may require you to drive a company vehicle during work hours. A DMV records check, and background check are required. Required: • Accountability • Valid OR driver's license (as you may be driving our company truck/golf cart) • Be able to lift up to 50 pounds (with use of dolly) • Communication / Listening skills • Organizational abilities • Self-motivated • Minimum 1 year prior experience in maintenance • Must be able to pass a DMV and background check • This position does not include benefits Sunnyside MHP is a non-smoking environment and may require random drug screening Open until position is filled... * Please send an email for an application.
