Cal-Am Properties is looking for a dedicated night time closer for a 220 home community.
This is part time position, 1 hour each night from 9:00pm - 10:00pm and must be willing to work 7 days a week.
Responsibilities include locking up the community clubhouse, swimming pool, spa and regularly inspecting and reporting safety issue including, but not limited to, lighting reports, lockup reports, parking issues, etc.
Pay Rate: $12.75/hour.
