See our video: We are currently hiring for Human Resources - Workers Compensation Specialist/Technician in Marion/Polk Counties. The Workers Compensation Specialist is a role model to all PCL team members. They are well versed in all the agency’s processes and procedures. They are detail oriented and able to juggle multiple and competing priorities. They have not only a task oriented focus but find and take advantage of teaching moments as well. The Workers Compensation Specialist will provide support to the Human Resources team (and other teams as assigned) in the capacity of clerical support and trainer. They have a strong work ethic, with a high standard for success. They act in a professional and ethical manner. They understand that the team members and people supported by PCL, are their customers and will treat everyone they interact with in a dignified and respectful manner. Location: Monmouth, OR (with occasional travel to Salem, Eugene, and Grants Pass, OR) Education Requirements: High school diploma/GED required. Certificate or Associate’s degree in a related field preferred Experience Requirements: 1 - 2 years of experience as a trainer or in Human Resources. Preference given to those with experience in the field of I/DD.
