Weed Eating, Pressure Washing Needed

I am about to put my home on five acres on the market and while most projects are done, I have a few last things left: 1. Weed eat a few areas (1-2 hours) 2. Move broken up concrete pieces to the woods (3-4 hours) 3. Blow walkways, decks, and driveway (2-3 hours) 4. Pressure wash two buildings. (1-2 days) 5. Plant a few flowers (3-4 hours) I need someone ASAP. Will pay $750 (project is a 2-3 day commitment) Must be able to start no later than Thursday. Evenings are ok.
