Rehoming Female Cat

I am moving away and cannot bring my cat for the first 8 months, but I don't think having someone foster her for that long will workout. I am absolutely devastated and am hoping to find her a good, stable home. Someone who is going to remain in the Moscow/Pullman area long term - preferably someone settled here with a house rather than a student or someone just renting. I say this because the last thing she needs is someone to take her then they end up in my situation and take her to the humane society. She is 4 years old, i have been her only owner since she was a kitten. She has all her shots and is spayed. She is small and has long hair. It takes her about 2 weeks to warm up to new places/other animals. She likes dogs as long as they are cat friendly, but again it takes a little time for her to get used to them.
