Border Collie pup. Very rare White on blue border collie puppy. Wild Irish Kennels, a staple for Border Collies in North America, has 9 pups to offer 5 males and 4 females. In business since 2009. We have nearly a 1000 pups, all over the United States and Canada with 3 pups to Australia and 1 to New Zealand.
