my name is victor De la Torre, i run a small welding buisness with potential to grow but have lack in man power to do so. i am looking to hire someone with a general interest in construction and wanting to learn the trafe of welding, pay is minimum wage but i am willing to increase if i do see compliance and growth in employee.
