Description
Full time property maintenance positions available. Must have own vehicle, must have own vehicle insurance (proof of insurance required), must be legally able to work in the United States. Position requires skilled plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry skills. Requirements: Completed Certificates of Training in various areas and/or must pass written and onsite skills test. Must be willing to travel to south, north, west and suburbs. Good communication and organizational skills required. Self motivation and a willingness to learn new things. Pay $16-$20 per hour commensurate with experience and/or education. 90-day probationary period, background check and possible drug testing. Holiday, sick, vacation pay after probationary period.
