Researchers at the Medical College of Wisconsin are seeking individuals ages 21-89 yrs for a 2-week long intervention study evaluating intestinal bacteria and how it may affect heart disease. To qualify you must have known coronary artery disease, cerebrovascular disease, peripheral vascular disease or risk factors for coronary artery disease including diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol. This involves an initial screening visit (1 hour) and 2 study visits (1-3 hours each) to our study laboratory. A stipend is available for participation. Contact Elise for more information.
