Apartment/Commercial Building Maintenance person NEEDED! Skills Required: ability to assess and make repairs, problem solve, clean, paint, light carpentry, plumbing etc. Approximately 15-20 hours per week, more hours may become available. An on site studio apartment is available for the right person, live for free in exchange for work completed. Hourly rate depends on experience and skill level. This is a 1099 sub contractor position, you will be required to file and pay your own taxes. EOE
