We are looking for immediate help for skilled technicians needed for irrigation and landscape on residential rental properties in the DFW area. The right person should have the qualities and skills listed below. If you think you are a good fit, please email, call or text for more information. REQUIREMENTS: • Able to work year-round in all types of weather conditions • Able to lift up to 50 lbs., bend, kneel, and dig in all types of soil with precision • Willing to learn and be directed as well as work as part of a team • Interact on a professional level with customers and team members • Reliable transportation (50-200 miles per day) • Must have own tools and equipment • Phone and/or camera to send before and after photos • Valid SS# & DL • Valid Auto Insurance • Be able to speak English • Drug Free QUALITIES/EXPECTATIONS: • Be on time to the job & finish the job on time • Take pride in your workmanship • Do work right the first time. -- NO CALL BACKS • Communication; Return calls/texts/emails in a timely manner (half hour or less) • Professional attitude and appearance (Take pride in your appearance, be neat and clean) SKILLS: • Inspecting and repairing/replacing irrigation systems • Fix leaks (main line, control box components) • Replace irrigation heads, gate valves, control box components, etc • Cut down/trim trees • Tear out and plant trees/shrubs • Sod or seed grass WHAT WE OFFER YOU: • Family Friendly Hours • In the field training • Pay increase based on performance after training period (depends on how fast you learn and catch on) • Health/Dental/Vision Benefits After 60 day probation period (employee only) • Work Shirts • Toll Tag • WE PAY FOR YOUR GAS AND ALL JOB MATERIALS For consideration email, call or text Robert at 214-718-0722
