We are a local remodeling company based out of Loveland, CO and work all along the front range. Looking for team leads with experience in any/all of the following categories: • Drywall - hang/mud/tape/texture • Carpentry - trim work/finish work/cabinet hanging/general framing • Windows/doors • Flooring • Paint • Siding • Decks/patios •Tile/bathrooms Applicant MUST have experience with both working in the trade and have supervisory experience. All experience must be verifiable. MUST POSSESS: • Great communication skills - will be interacting with customer and workers and needs strong ability to communicate with both. • Detail oriented - we have very high standards for quality. While we want jobs done with urgency and efficiency, every job must wow our customer with quality craftsmanship. • Punctuality - clocking in on time, means ready to work on time. Being on time sets the tone for the day and communicates that you are excited/ready and value the work for the day. • Hard working - construction is not easy work. If you don’t like working hard and want an easy day to day, please don’t apply. • Flexible schedule - willing to stay late, work overtime, nights/weekends...while we definitely value family and time off, there are projects that have to get done and occasionally require a longer day and/or some weekend work. This is not common, but comes up from time to time. • Team player - we value a team atmosphere and are working to win everyday as a team. There is no room for ego on the team and we treat everyone we encounter with the same respect and care that we’d want for ourselves. • Ambitious - we want to grow and want others to join us that want to grow with us. • Reliable - this is a HUGE requirement of an applicant. If you have a history or missing work, being late regularly, calling out, letting personal issues disrupt work, then we are not a good fit. • Professionalism - clean and hygienic everyday. We do not allow smoking on or around our customers’ properties. We do not swear or use corse language on job sites. Music is allowed but maintain a level of class that is not offensive. We are in construction and dress appropriately for the work of the day. • Physical ability to do the work. Will be on ladders, lifting heavy, awkward materials. • Leadership abilities - able to lead others toward the common goal of the day. This position is a hands-on labor intensive position. Will not be simply giving orders and supervising, but rather will be working alongside and training on a daily basis. Will inspire others to achieve more and maintain a positive atmosphere where employees enjoy coming to work everyday. We are looking to fill positions immediately.
