Requirements: · Tree planting experience is preferred · Valid driver’s license is preferred · Ability to work well with others and to take direction · Punctual and dependable · Ability to work in a safe manner using any required PPE · Ability to lift, push, or pull 50lbs · Ability to work outdoors and in extreme weather conditions · Available to work overtime · Willingness to learn · Drug free · Alcohol free while at work Job Duties and Description: · Reports to Enhancement Foreman · Works diligently to complete jobs safely, efficiently, and with high quality · Able to identify basic plants, trees, shrubs, evergreens · Ability to use hand tools such as rakes, shovels, and pruning saws · Excellent attention to detail and deadline oriented while working in a fast-paced environment
