We are a well-established construction company looking for a full-time, experienced worker to join our crew. We value commitment and offer opportunities to move up within the company. We are able to offer year-round work, and all work is performed in the Duluth area. Our general working hours are Monday-Friday, and we offer reasonable flexibility with scheduling. Our primary work scope is residential interior and exterior remodeling, including kitchen and bathroom remodels, siding, windows, decks, etc. Applicants are required to have construction experience, however there is room to grow if experience is limited. Because we do a little bit of everything, applicants must be versatile, flexible, and open to doing many different types of work on a regular basis. We are a small crew, and we offer and highly value a positive work environment; therefore, applicants are required to have strong work ethic and the ability to collaborate as a team. We are looking for a skilled carpenter with the ability to supervise work on site. If experience is limited, individuals would need to be able to take direction from the company owner with the potential to move into a supervisory role. Wage will be determined based on experience. We offer PTO, retirement benefits, and the use of a company vehicle for full-time employees. Applicants must have a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation to and from work, and be able to lift at least 75 lbs. independently.
