Every Other Weekend Residential Care Worker with Paid Sleep Time

Duluth Group Home is seeking a part time person to work in a residential setting serving adult women. This is a great position for students, retired individuals or others seeking some extra income. Each of the evening during the shifts have about 8 hours of Sleep time. However staff are expected to be available limited amounts of time if required during the standby or sleep time. This is not necessary very often. Shifts are every other Friday Evening from 6:00 PM until 6PM Sunday. Plus one evening shift per week (currently on Tuesdays) from 6PM - 8AM on the weeks that don't include a weekend shift. Pay for those evening are approximately $161 per shift for about 6 hours of actual work. Pay is about $598 per weekend shift for about 31 hours of actual work, the rest of the hours are typically sleep time. Sleep time is in an onsite apartment and is usually from (10:30 P.M. - 7 A.M.) and is paid time. Gross Pay in an average month would be approximately $1680. For approximately 82 -86 hours of actual work in a month. Please contact us if more information or clarification is needed. Duties include supervision, socialization, record keeping and some light cleaning or cooking.
