Marsden is growing in Duluth and because of that we have an opening for a full time project cleaner. Candidates would have experience in stripping/waxing floors, window cleaning and carpet cleaning. Work would be at various buildings throughout Duluth/Superior and Cloquet areas and would include the use of a company vehicle while working. Successful candidates would have a good driving record and have project cleaning experience. Advancement opportunities are available as well. Job Duties: As you might expect, cleaning is at the heart of what your job will entail. For the most part, you’ll be: - Carpet Cleaning - Strip and waxing tile floors - Sanitizing - Sweeping - Vacuuming - Mopping - Buffing Hourly Rate: $16 per hour Benefits: paid vacation, paid holidays, Monday-Friday 2nd shift. This is an excellent opportunity for a person with experience.
