On Time Staffing is looking for production workers, line operators, warehouse pickers/packers and sanitation workers at a large manufacturing company in North Kingstown, RI! Hiring immediately! Starting pay rate: Warehouse Picker - $17.50 per hour Sanitation Worker - $14.00 per hour Benefits of working with us: Competitive pay Room to advance to skilled positions w/ higher pay Training provided 401k Retirement Plan Weekly pay $200 Employee Referral Bonus Available Shifts: Multiple shifts Essential Job Functions: Warehouse Picker - Standing on production line assembling products for distribution Moving and preparing large quantities of product for production and/or shipment Boxing and labeling product for distribution Remove any defects in product that are undesirable in finished product Full compliance with company Good Manufacturing Practices and safety policies, including use of Personal Protective Equipment Sanitation Worker - Sanitizing machinery with soluble solution may use floor scrubber to clean floors May be responsible for dumping trash and maintaining trash dock Clean and trim product per quality control development and customer specifications Job Requirements: Must be able to read, write and speak English Must have a least 3 months warehouse experience Ensure you and your co-workers are in a safe work environment Report injuries, accidents, near misses or unsafe conditions to a Supervisor or Manager immediately As Line Operator, you will work to maximize productivity and quality at all times You will focus on producing products that meet the agreed cost, quality, and time standards Willingness to work in COLD environment of a constant 35-40 degrees Should be able to stand for long periods of time Should have reliable transportation Must be able to lift up to 55 pounds in certain areas For your safety, full COVID-19 procedures in effect daily.
