We are seeking Independent Occupancy Field Inspectors in the Hamlin, Hilton, Brockport, Spencerport, Rochester, Irondequoit, Greece, Gates, Chili and surrounding areas. Property inspections are typically completed on behalf of the mortgage company. The primary duties of a Field Inspector is to locate, photograph, and inspect properties. We complete Occupancy verification inspections, Vacant property Inspections as well as specialty inspections such as damage inspections and business verification inspections. Examples of tasks required include determining whether the property is occupied of vacant, reporting the condition of the property, delivering door cards, determining utility status, and reporting observed damages. Relevant experience is preferred but not required. Requirements: We only contract with LLCs or Corporations You must be Local to the Area listed. Daytime Availability: Inspections must be completed during daylight hours. Dependable and fuel efficient transportation Driver License Android or iOS Apple Smartphone Windows based Laptop or Desktop Computer Printer High Speed Internet GPS Excellent people and organizational skills Outstanding Communication Skills a Must Must be able to pass Background Check and Motor Vehicle Record check We are seeking an LLC or Corp, or a Independent contractor willing to establish an LLC or Corporation to provide Inspection services under a written contract.
