Looking for a gutter crew. Reputable company. Paid weekly. Full benefits, PTO, and sign on bonus. Willing to train the right team members. But will pay more for experience. Seamless gutters. Need to be able to work at reasonable heights, climb ladders, walk roofs when tied off only. We work year round but will accommodate during the cold. Must be able to learn quick and work hard unsupervised. Pay will be performance biased for experienced guys and hourly to train and then performance biased. Here is some of what you will need (required): • Must be a min of 18 years of age and have a valid Driver’s License. • Clear Pre hire: background check and drug screen. • Able to lift 50lbs unassisted to load and unload various products. • Climb, stoop, kneel, crawl, and stand to perform daily work and ladder climbing, as needed.
