We buy/rent/flip homes in the area and we need help with light renovation and upgrades for a tenant turnover. We need help with installing baseboard and door trims mainly among other handyman things. If you have a chainsaw to assist in cutting down some branches that is a big plus. We have a chop saw that we can use if you do not have one yourself. You get paid right away same day and note this is not a bid job. We pay for all materials on our account at Home Depot/Lowes Pro Desk.
