Hiring immediately for the following position: Hospitality Maintenance Technician General repairs in plumbing and electrical Painting and general building upkeep Room and exterior light maintenance Janitorial One to Three years experience in hospitality maintenance or multi-family residential preferred Experience in plumbing, electrical and general construction desired Full Time or Part Time hourly position Qualifications: • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. • A valid driver's license and a reliable form of transportation • 1+ year previous Janitorial experience preferred • Ability to communicate in English and Spanish is a plus • Due to the nature of the business, a background check is required
