We are looking to hire a carpenter sub contractor. We have lots of work for the right person. Sub contractor must be an owner/operator meaning if you are the owner you must be able to do carpentry work yourself. We are not looking for another general contractor who subs out the work we assign them. Sub contractor must be able to do the following. Frame room additions Frame doors/windows Frame floors, walls, roof, decks, stairs Frame outdoor gazebo, pergolas, storage sheds, screen porches Read blue prints Must have at least 5 years experience or more Must have own vehicle and tools Must be able to pass background check Must have valid SS# or Tax Id for 1099 Potential to earn more money if you can install siding, sheetrock and metal frame.
