Schaper Company is a National Commercial Painting and Construction Company that specializes in all phases of commercial painting and coatings. We are currently seeking full time experienced painters ready and available to work right away for fast paced, well paid positions. If you do not meet the below requirements, please do not apply. Job Requirements: Must be willing to travel! Know how to operate and maintain various spray machines, electrical and gas powered. (we provide spray machines) Duties will include Masking, Spraying and Clean up. Knowledge of a variety of lift types such as scissor lifts, knuckle booms, booms with attached jib, etc. Must be a team player and follow directions easily Must have own vehicle with valid drivers license, insurance and clean driving record Must be willing to go above and beyond to support your team to get the job done You must be willing to work nights and overtime Benefits: Competitive pay Weekly paychecks Opportunity for overtime Company sponsored health insurance benefits Must be willing to travel Long Term, Year-Round Opportunities Available We are looking for committed, detailed team players with a positive attitude.
