Looking to rehome our old girl

I hate to be here making this request, but we have a small/medium sized chiuahuah mix breed dog that needs to be rehomed. Her name is Kylee and she will be 9 years old this September. She is very particular about people and animals she likes, so if you are interested, she will have to show that she likes you and can get comfortable with you. Also same goes with your animals, they would have to meet. I would prefer her go to a home with no animals if possible, but its not required if she can get along with your animals. she seems to really like cats, or rather chasing them lol. This decision has been very difficult for us as a family, but we just had our very first child and she has been problematic since he's been born. We cant give her the time and attention she needs to be truly happy and it hurts our hearts. She is a fun loving dog, she is getting old and a little clumsy but she is still very young at heart. She loves wide open spaces to run free until she cant anymore. She loves to sit in your lap with a nice blanket and snuggle for the entire day, or hit up trails and hikes and explore all the scents along the way. Kylee's favorite place to sleep is in the bed under the blanket in your lap. I am asking a small rehoming fee of $75 so serious inquiries only.
