Cost per hour $40 (minimum 2 hours) Cash only please I will travel to your home in the Greensboro area for private sewing instruction. Beginner Plan - You are a brand new sewer and just want to get your feet wet first before investing in a machine, or you have a machine but have not used it a lot in the past. We will cover: Tour of your sewing machine (if applicable). If you don’t have a machine yet, we will tour my Baby Lock Anna machine. Fabric Needles and thread Batting Cleaning Organizing Sewing! If you do not have any supplies, you can use my kits. I give you everything to start on your basic sewing projects. Kits range from $10-$50 If you are in the market for a new sewing machine I will go with you and help you to decide on the right machine for your needs, from our local quilting stores. Trip fee is $10. ——————————————————————————————————————— Intermediate Plan - You are past the beginning steps of sewing and have fallen in love! You need help with some projects, want some additional tips and tricks, help finishing some projects you started long ago or may be ready to buy a better sewing machine to suit your skills. We will cover: Batting Thread Projects (place mats, mug rugs, pillows, wall art, small quilts) Stores and resources I adhere to masking and social distancing, and I am fully vaccinated.
