Most of our properties are less than 5 years old Looking for a professional "self-starter ". This position requires a responsible individual that can work with little supervision. This is a roving position that does require reliable transportation. We are seeking highly organized people. All properties are within 10 miles of downtown Portland and we are really looking for people who enjoy what they do. We are a local Developer and we are seeking a Maintenance Person that will be responsible for all aspects of the multi-site maintenance. Responsibilities will also include: Communicate with customers in detail about the repair diagnosis, procedure for fixing. Drive safely to job sites at customer’s homes Report diagnosis digitally, update parts, order parts Clean up work space when completed Call customers prior to arrival Communicate with customers with care and friendliness Work Monday - Friday 7:30 am - 4:00 pm Self managed Maintain and process warranty repairs and replacements In addition, the Maintenance Person will be responsible for: Complying with Fair Housing Laws Complying with Landlord/Tenant Laws Adhering to budget guidelines Timely completion of apartment turnover Timely completion of all service requests Communication with residents on any delays Daily inspection and maintenance of common areas, buildings and fixtures After-hours emergency maintenance schedule and response Complying with all Codes, Ordinances as required by law Complying with OSHA regulations at all times Benefits: Competitive wage and increase with experience Medical paid for in full by company after 90 days Phone expense paid $50 per month Gas mileage reimbursement 56 cents per mile Please reply to the above email with a resume attached in word or PDF form, or fax resume to Attention Brad
