If you have a fish tank, chances are you struggle with pest snails. Assassin snails are a great choice for any tropical tank that has unwanted pest snails. As the name suggests, Assassin snails eat most other snails, even ones as large as themselves! They also have a distinctive appearance, making them easy to spot and pretty to look at. Although not as fast as using chemicals to remove pest snails, Assassins can do the job without exposing your aquarium to harsh chemicals. I have fully grown Assassin snails, as well as various stages of juvenile Assassins. I recommend adopting those that fit the size of your pest snails, as larger Assassins tend to ignore much smaller snails.
