Lawn Maintenance Foreman must have a proven record of leadership and experience with a minimum of 2 years FOREMAN experience. Must be FAST PACED, DETAIL oriented. Looking for a lead by example person with the ability to interact with customers in a professional manner. Must have a valid, and fairly clean DL with your own transportation to and from work. Must be DRUG FREE and a Self Motivated person. Capable of managing a 3 man crew working Commercial and Residential properties. Annual raises, weekly pay. LEADMAN must have 2 years experience in the industry and capable of operating all lawn care hand tools and equipment as well as supporting a foreman's needs in the daily operations of quality and efficiency.
