Need grass/weeds pulled out + mulch layed

we need someone to pull out the grass/weeks in our flower bed and lay another lay of mulch. If you can plant a shrub, we could even use that We need this done this week itself. you dont need to be a landscaping expert but someone that can work hard to make a few extra $$ If interested, respond to this with what you expect for pay.
