Hi,
I run a 6 unit commercial facility, office spaces, commercial kitchen. The maintenance has become too much for me along with running my business. I need an Old Man Helper. You must be strong enough to lift 50 lbs. You must know how to use a drill, a hammer, what type of glue to use on what materials (or at least to google it), how to use a chain saw, clippers, how to put oil in a car, change a lock on a door, fix a fence post, fix a plank in a porch, build a wood ramp, and pretty much any basic handy (wo)man skills.
If your inexperienced I can tell you how to do a job (and probably will anyways since I am the boss), but I cannot teach you how to use a drill or a hammer and screwdriver, so if you have never built anything or done (a lot of) home repairs, this is not the job for you.
You will do all kinds of small jobs such as putting in new window AC unit, fixing baseboards, cleaning up construction and trash when needed, clipping and trimming bushes/trees, fixing a broken pipe, a clogged toilet or drain, gluing trim, hanging light fixtures, putting in a new window AC unit, putting up signs, lighting or light poles, maybe minor painting, and maybe even some dirty cleaning (like greasy ovens),Though I do most the cleaning myself so it is done how I like it: done right :).
I need help almost every day for 2 hours. Right now I have about a week worth of full time work. If you have worked construction this may be a great job for you.
If it works out, I could provide permanent side income to you with stuff to do every month.
Must be willing to laugh with a bossy woman.
Pay is dependent on your work ethic and skills, starts at $23/ hour. $20 an hour if you screw something up or stop working as soon as I go to Home Depot. Up to $40/hour.
Serious inquires only. If you come to a job and do not know how to work or have any skills, I will let you go within 20 minutes and you will have wasted both our time.
