Looking for training for my yappy pom

I am looking for a trainer for a very barky Pomeranian. She is 5 years old, spayed and has been through obedience training. She is generally very well behaved, listens to commands, friendly/socialized, etc. but I can't take her anywhere without her barking her head off the entire time. I want to be able to take her on walks in public, car rides to the pet store, hiking trips, vacations to the beach, etc. but she is obsessed with barking nonstop whenever I do. I have experience with dogs and training and have tried everything! It seems to me many trainers are more geared towards large dogs and overall obedience. I just need help with this one particular problem. If you have had similar issues with a yappy little dog and have found a trainer that has helped you quiet them down, please send me your recommendation!
