Pegasus Management is seeking a full-time cleaner to clean the common areas of our apartment buildings located in Merrimack, Londonderry, Derry and Raymond New Hampshire. Starting pay is $15.50 per hour with a review after the first 90 days. Hours are M-F 7:30am-4:00pm Duties include but are not limited to- Vacuum all hallway carpets and mats Clean all hallway baseboard Mop laundry room floors Mop entrances where tile or stone is present Clean laundry room countertops Clean laundry equipment Empty trash containers Empty cigarette containers Cleaning windows Remove cobwebs on walls, ceilings and fixtures Clean doors and door jams when needed Clean walls when needed A reliable vehicle is required Pegasus Management will supply all cleaning supplies and equipment.
