Must be able to complete task in a timely manner and must be experienced to address the following: Exterior/interior building maintenance, Apartment turnovers, Painting, Drywall repairs, Lock set changes, Interior/exterior door replacement, Light plumbing to include: Kitchen faucet replacement, Vanity sink and Toilet replacement.
