Rehoming a Shih Tzu or Havapoo

I have a 3 month old female Shih Tzu or Havapoo for rehoming. I brought her on 5/30/2021. She doesn't get along with my 4 month old puppy. She has no papers except a shot record. She is not house broken. I would like to see her go to a good home. The rehoming fee is $500. When I brought her she was listed as a Havapoo. But the vet says she could be but I think she looks like a Shih Tzu. She is a really cute happy puppy. Buffy weighs 4 lbs. She was born March 1, 2021
