Recreational vehicles (RV's) are travel trailers, fifth wheels, pop-ups and motorhomes. RV's are good for families, health, the economy and the environment. Little Dealer Little Prices is Arizona's #1 towable RV dealership, and we are currently accepting applications for Customer Care Team Members at our North Phoenix location. RV experience is NOT required; we will consider all candidates. Military or previous customer care, BDC or call center experience a plus. We are a family owned and operated RV dealership, started in 1966, with a record of high achievement and one of the best reputations in the industry. Customer Care Team ( BDC ) duties include but are not limited to: Little Dealer Little Prices is looking for team members who love building relationships and connecting with people! We are looking for someone who is interested in helping our team to ensure our clients are happy campers and given exceptional customer service. This is an entry level job and is perfect for someone who wants to get their foot in the door into the RV industry. Training is provided! Do you enjoy helping people? Responsibilities - Answer customer calls and establish follow-up with sales appointments. - Respond quickly to internet, phone and live chat inquiries using email, scripts and templates. - Provide customers with initial product information and direct them to the appropriate dealership resources. - Present initial financing options based on customer needs. - Follow up with leads that are not ready to make an appointment or no-show. - Participate in team and process development sessions – keeping positive relationships with teammates, sales teams and dealership management. - Utilize CRM tracking system daily (training provided.)
