Recently drywalled home. Home is 2 stories. There are 3 bedrooms on the second floor along with 1 main bath.
First floor is living room and dining room plus a kitchen. We prefer spray on ceilings and walls. Trim/woodwork can be by hand. Standard Sherwin Williams paint provided by us. Scope is primer, finish to be 2 coats and basic trim coating. Standards can be average as home is for rental purposes. House is vacant!!! Thanks
