responsible artist looking for studio space (Bella Vista to Fayetteville areas) I am looking for an affordable studio space somewhere in NWA that is 200+ sq. ft. with some natural light. Must have electricity and running water is a plus. Anywhere in a 50 mile radius of Rogers would be okay. A shared studio space would work. Do you know of something or maybe anther artist that is looking to share a space? I'm an older, responsible person who needs a place to create. Recently moved back to the NWA area. Maybe someone has a shop that isn't being used or a large room in a house that is empty. My monthly budget is $100-$300 depending on the size and utilities. Doesn't have to be fancy but must be clean and safe space. Another option would be a house to rent that is $600 or less with enough space where I could live and work. This is a long shot but thought I would put it out there and see what happens.
