IFM is committed to doing right by our clients, their residents, and contractors with every single work order. Our headquarters are based in Dallas, TX. We service 400,000 homes across 8 states. We complete around 300 jobs per week in Houston, so the volume will be steady and consistent. The Candidates: We are currently seeking qualified, experienced contractors to take our maintenance work orders. These are NOT turns or rehabs this is all service work for single family rental homes. Experience is required in one or more of the following fields: • Landscaping • Shingle Repair (1 and 2 Story) • Flooring • Fence Repairs • Drywall/Texture and Paint • Light Plumbing • Light Electric • General Home Maintenance The Pay: • Per work order and paid on a Net7 or Net30 basis. • The labor payout for each work order is dependent on the scope of work. • We pay for all materials.
