40G front opening tank in Perfect conditions. 9.5/10 Really sturdy tank, and in my opinion, way better than an Exo Terra or Zoo Med Was used for a beardie. Stand is in 9/10 condition. Last 2 Photos are what I paid for them new. Tank will come empty, but I will include a heat light fixture. Asking 100 Firm for tank and stand. Will NOT separate.
