Little white dog FOUND

Found a sweet white dog with brown patch of fur on his lower back. Looks like it might be a shih tzu. Possibly blind. Was wearing a shock collar when it wandered into our garage late in the evening on may 5 in Hastings Square. Please Contact if you have any information that could help unite this pup with its owner.
