Join our Warehouse Team - $15/HR plus Medical which includes covering 100% of employee share and 50% dependents, Profit Sharing up to 25% of annual pay & 401k match (Louisville, KY) Openings: We are expanding to add another member to our warehouse team in Louisville. Our primary location is in Louisville, KY, all of our customers come to us through our websites: www.proceilingtiles.com www.udecor.com www.wishihadthat.com As a warehouse team, our goal is to make a lasting impression on our customers by demonstrating that we care beyond the sale, shipping orders quickly, accurately, and safely. What you’ll do as a part of our team: Unload delivery trucks Pull and bin stock for fulfillment Box and label for shipping Load trucks for daily shipments Stock and organize products Requirements: We work in a fast paced work environment and are thus looking for candidates that take pride in working hard. Some heavy lifting (ex: a 60 pound package) is required Pass a hair follicle drug test and background screening. Compensation/Benefits: - Starting at $15.00 per hour - Bi-weekly bonus (starts after 3 months) - 3 weeks paid personal time - Paid holidays - Medical benefits - covering 100% of employee share and 50% dependents - Flexible Spending Account w/ $1,500.00 Company Match - 401k with matching contribution - Profit sharing plan (last year our team received a profit sharing contribution of 25% of their pay; that’s $4.00 or more per hour you’re making towards your future!). Hours: Full Time: 8 hours per day, Monday through Friday, 7:30AM - 4:15PM.
