Mr LawnSmith (www.mrlawnsmith.com) is growing and looking to add to our team! We offer a competitive salary, extra benefits with great hours. Starting pay is dependent on experience, between $14/hr - $18/hr, Performance reviews at 30 days, 60 days & 90 days with incremental raises at each mark. The ideal candidate will have Crew Leader experience and be Self Motivated, Clean driving record and Able to run their own crew or work on their own. Little experience and / or no license, welcome to apply as a helper. We work Tuesday thru Friday (8-10 hours per day 730am - 4pm or 6pm). we work on Saturdays if one of our workdays was a rain out or if we are doing an occasional landscape install, great opportunity for more overtime! Equipment we run are Exmark 60" Riders, Exmark Walk Behinds, & Scagg stand-ons. All small equipment is Stihl. The ideal candidate will be a fast paced team player, with a strong focus on detail and quality! Must be over 18 years of age, have a valid chuffers' license or CDL, and a few years of commercial lawn maintenance experience and comfortable driving a pick up truck with a trailer.
