Looking for an experience lawn care maintenance technician to run a 3 man crew based on: Review and change maintenance schedule in software maintenance system. Lead and perform tasks related to Weekly Mowing, Edging, Weed Eat, Back Pack Blowing, Weed Maintenance (chemical and hand), Fertilization Installation, trimming hedges and ornamental trees, canopy small trees, mulch installation, perform irrigation checks and minor irrigation repairs, minor planting of seasonal color and small shrubs, Christmas Light Installation and Removal, and communication with customers. 45 hours with some weekends (not common). Must be able to speak English and Spanish. Texas Drivers License required. W-2 position with overtime. Must be able to use a phone and/or tablet for schedule review and setting up each day. Must be able to get to and from work/home. Must be clean regarding uniform, hats, truck and trailer. Vehicle and all material and equipment are provided. Paid time off. Reliable and Loyal
