Local property management company is hiring a maintenance tech-repair person Skilled and experienced technician needed to perform household repairs and routine maintenance services with other duties, tasks, and projects (as needed in property management). Help supervise properties in responding to tenant reports/requests and execute routine services. Part time position with weekly hours based on service calls and seasonal schedules Opportunity for occasional increase in hours with apartment turnover and improvement projects. Small local property management company hiring for part time position. Starting at $25/hr Work include: Interior and exterior repairs. Apartment turnovers. Improvement projects. Trash and/or snow removal. On call/ off hours response. Looking for a qualified individual who is reliable and organized who can work independently. Capable of heavy lifting. They are comfortable with trouble shooting and problem solving related to household systems, appliances, and heating equipment. They are professional and courteous around tenants.
